ERSEA Systems Trainer License Certificate (15
credits)
The
ERSEA Systems Trainer
License Certificate
provides a basic academic foundation and
professional development for ERSEA staff. An important
professional credential, the certificate offers
Head Start health workers an opportunity to
advance their careers and serve children and

"collegiate diploma". It is a
post-secondary academic process of establishing
the qualifications of professionals working in
ERSEA Management Systems.
The certificate
is designed for Head Start staff who has the day
to day responsibility for determining,
evaluating, implementing and monitoring ERSEA
systems. Focusing on current practices and
policy issues concerning eligibility,

to create and successfully implement ERSEA
systems.
The program
prepares students to begin or continue working
in ERSEA administrative positions and serve as a
catalyst for management advancements. Students
will learn how to: analyze, plan and implement
enrollment systems, analyze community assessment
information and facilitate planning efforts to
determine design options, analyze your program's
recruitment efforts and enrollment guidelines,

policies and procedures and evaluate, design and
monitor systems to help programs.
