ERSEA Environment

This course will offer participants a
blueprint for the skills and methods
needed for ERSEA program management.
The course builds on the review process
and how to make it a continuous cycle of
ERSEA systems. Participants will learn
to interpret internal and external data
to make recommended changes, to use
their findings to propose directions and
plans as well as determine
accountability at all levels.
