The Program Management Department
conducts program in Management Systems,
ERSEA Specialist, ERSEA Administration
and ERSEA Training in Head Start.
The program in Program Management is
in-depth in nature, requiring both
academic and regulatory components.
Successful students will find quality
measures and interventions in these
programs. The Department is
committed to quality services in Head
Start, Early Head Start,
Migrant/Seasonal Head Start, American
Indian/Alaska Native, or Early Childhood
and Childcare agencies. The
Department strives for excellence by
assisting students in developing skills
that will enable them to access
information for a holistic system
approach after completion. The
concept is essential, given the
ever-changing needs in staff, partners,
and families and children enrolled in
Head Start.
