This
position is responsible for
the effective development
and delivery of learning
program contained with HS
University model including
health, education, ERSEA,
Family Engagement,
disabilities, mental health,
transportation, Fiscal and
transportation. The
incumbent will spend 75% or
more of their time
delivering training to
employees of Early Childhood
programs and school
districts using a variety of
delivery methods including
classroom, virtual, blended
and articulates. The
position requires traveling
1-3 times per months (up to
3 days in length/trip)
within the US as well as US
territories including but
not limited to Puerto Rico,
Guam. The position is also
responsible for partnering
with Associations, school
districts, regional and
local districts to support
and provide solutions to
achieve the University
strategic goals.
Responsibilities:

Delivery of Training

Facilitate training
using variety of iinstructional
techniques and
formats such as
role-playing,
simulations, team
exercises, group
discussion, videos
and lectures
-
Exercise judgment in
the learning
environment to
ensure effective
transfer of skills
and knowledge by
leveraging materials
-
Completes
all duties involved
in setting up,
communicating,
executing and
evaluating training
classes
-
Serves as an advisor
to credential and
license base by
mentoring, educating
and coaching
management and
employees on how to
affectively apply
and reinforce
learning on the job
-
Ensures courses are
accurate, up-to-date
and provide
appropriate level of
detail and
incorporate feedback
from customers.
Partners and
maintains strong
relationships with
subject matter
experts and other
team members to
review and revise
materials as
necessary.

Development of
training programs

Designs training
using adult learning
theory to meet the
needs of HS
University and links
to its mission,
goals and strategic
plan utilizing
appropriate medium
such as training
manuals, multimedia,
articulates, etc.

Review and evaluate
training programs
for compliance with
government and/or
state standards
(e.g., HIPPA, HSPPS,
etc.)

Implements and
manages wide variety
of development
programs, including
new manager
training, leadership
development, train
the trainer and
technical skills
-
Develop learning
paths for key roles
in professional
development
-
Partners with
agencies to provide
input in the
development and
maintenance of job
standards
-
Training Evaluation
-
Conducts need
analysis on a
regular basis to
identify performance
gaps and ensure
learning solutions
are effectively
aligned with
strategic goals
-
Creates training
evaluation systems
tailored to
individual training
programs that
effectively measure
what participants
learned, tabulates
evaluation results
and provides
feedback with
external customers,
Directors and
Executive team as
necessary
-
Establishes measures
and metrics for
learning and
development
processes and
program to evaluate
the effectiveness,
identifies areas for
improvement
-
Markets the training
through effective
measures to increase
awareness of
learning
opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
-
Master's Degree in a
relevant discipline
-
Training Credential
License Preferred
-
5 or more years
experience working in
Head Start/Early Head
Start, Pre-K or Early
Childhood setting
-
Minimum of three years
professional training
experience or
professional training
certification; three
years in related
functional experience
based on content area,
i.e., health, education,
ERSEA, etc.
-
Ability to work
successfully with a
diverse group of people
across multiple levels,
manage multiple
priorities and take
direction from various
levels of management

Seek out and acts upon
constructive feedback

Strong knowledge of
adult learning
principles,
instructional design,

Customer Service/Student Services
Representative primarily will be
responsible for taking incoming
phone calls and facilitating
customers and client's needs.
Some outbound calling will be
required. There are full time and
part time opportunities. These
are seasonal opportunities that may
last up to 10 months with an

perform this job successfully an

environment. Previous customer
service experience in an inbound or
outbound call center environment

content using documented standards,
clearly defined processes and
standardized tools. This role is
focused primarily on developing
courseware, providing subject matter
expertise, converting source
material into a Web-based format,
performing course maintenance based
on reported issues and customer

at this level are expected to

oversight from more senior staff or
