This
course is designed to help you develop
and conduct Family Service staff trainings. It is
designed for "non-trainers" and for
people who may conduct trainings
everyday. It covers the skills
necessary for trainers to effectively
setup training events in accordance to
the University's required credential
curriculum.
Participants will see a variety of
examples of how the training skills are
learned are applied. Throughout
this course, participants will be
actively participating in the learning
process. The course formats
includes group discussions and
individual and group exercises designed
to help participants learn training
skills. Participants will develop
a practice training lesson and conduct a
15 minute segment of it as completion of
the course.
