The HSU  Support Group provides you, our customer, with the highest level of support possible within the shortest period of time. Each member of the HSU Support Group has an IT based degree and, equally importantly, a database, network or systems background. They have undergone extensive Head Start training on the products or service area they support and the underlying technology. HSU's technical support engineers are experts, committed to providing the best support in the HS community. We have a tech support contract to fit your every need.  Choose a level that best fits your agency:

HSU Support provides a comprehensive service for our customers that are developing Agency systems and need a fast accurate response to their queries. Under our program, customers receive direct telephone and e-mail access to HSU's technical support engineers for problem resolution, bug reporting, documentation clarification, and technical guidance. This support is offered 13 hours-a-day, 5 days-a-week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST.

As a general guide we provide the following services:

  • Product installation assistance

  • Help with product issues involving implementation, operation, and functionality

  • Problem identification, resolution and workarounds

  • Error message analysis and resolution

  • Up-to-date information on current releases, product compatibility, restrictions, enhancements, and fixes
