Standard Annual Technical Support Contract

Standard annual support contract is designed for those agencies serving 1001 -2000 children.  This level is for those agencies that need a more hands-on approach to technical support.  With this contract,  HSU Technical team will work with your program by logging into your system directly to take care of technical issues.  This type of contract can also be broken into four different types of support levels to allow agencies the choice to choose the level that best meets their program need. 

 The cost of a standard contract by each level is:

• Entry Level                  $1495 per year                     

• Primary Level              $2495 per year                      

• Enhanced Level           $3495 per year                      

• Premium Level            $4495 per year
