About Tuition and Fees
The total tuition for a curriculum
program in which a student is
registered is payable in
one installment and is due by the
payment dates specified by the
University. All payments, except
students enrolled in a payment
agreement, must be completed no later
than 7 business days prior to class
date. Students or agencies owing
the University money, will not be
allowed to register for future training,
or will not receive their
certificate or credential until all
debts are settled.
Fees
All students enrolled in a certificate or credential program must
pay, at the time of enrollment, a
non-refundable application fee and/or
student activity fee. When
registering early, the same applies.
The only exception is a student's agency
may elect to pay the application and
course registration fees at the same
time.
Non-payment, Bad
checks, late registration
Failure to make all
applicable payment agreements by payment
deadline will result in the withdrawal
of the student registration unless the
student's agency has established a
payment agreement with the university in
advance. Failure to make payments
in accordance with agreement may also
result in the withdrawal of the
student's registration.
Programs presenting bad
checks must replace them within 7
business days of the University's
receipt of such notification or the
student's registration shall be
immediately withdrawn. In
addition, the student's agency will
obligated to pay a return check fee of
$25.
Late registrations
Late registrations which occur after the
payment deadline, shall be accompanied
by full payment of all tuition and fees
applicable to the course for which
registered unless a deferred payment
schedule or a payment agreement has been
established.
A late payment fee of $15 will be
charged to all agencies for any tuition
and fee payment received after any of
the established due dates as set forth
in the tuition plan.
If a student's registration is withdrawn
15 business days prior to the start of
the class, the account receivables will
be cancelled and no hold placed on the
student's academic records. If the
student's registration is withdrawn
effective after the start of classes,
either because the student has dropped
the course or the company/agency has
failed to pay, the account receivable
will remain on the Agency record.
The University shall take reasonable
measures to collect the amount due,
shall not issue the student's official
academic records and shall not allow the
student to register for future classes
until such receivables are paid in full.
