Understanding Parent, Family and
Community Engagement Protocol

This course
will focus on the Family Services
Compliance Framework and
will evaluate and help
students in establishing
appropriate tracking
provision of family
services. The course will
cover tracking systems and
reporting from those systems
to inform and assist parents
in keeping children on an
up-to date schedule.
Students will learn
about consistency with
documentation, how to find
discrepancies, how to
explain discrepancies in
on-site reviews to maintain
compliance, and about social
needs of the community and
organizational efforts taken
to meet family needs.
