Family and Pre-School Relations
Course Number: ECE4275
Credits: 3
An
in-depth look at the child, the family
and the relationship between the school
and family. An understanding of
the young child and age appropriate
guidance for her or him will be
examined. An understanding of how
to effectively communicate with families
will be explored. Students will
attempt to identify ways a school can
develop a working relationship with
today's families. This course may
require visits, observation and
participation in an early childhood
education setting.
