Course Descriptions: Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) requirements is the area most Head Start program have the biggest issue of complaince. This webinar will covers the issues of the eligibility process, strategies for documenting eligibility, how to handle zero income, homeless families and over income familes. The webinar addresses when and how to implement 35% additional allowances, joint income, miitary families and families without income documents. Procedures for proper questions to ask during income eligibility process

Upon successful completion of all program requirements, participants will be able to:

1.	Understand the types of incomes
2.	Requirements for eligibility including what documents are need for determinations
3.	Handling special income circumstances such as zero incomes, homeless incomes, foster incomes, over income and the additional allowance.
4.	Documentations of TANF, SSI, SSA, SSD, Survivor Benefits and overseas students and undocumented immigrants
