Telephone
registration is available to those charging their fees to MasterCard,
Visa, Discover American Express or Agency Purchase Orders. When you call, the operator
will ask:

The course
name, location and date of class
Your credit card
number and expiration date or Agency purchase order number. ( A
signed purchase order must follow within 24 hours.) For
agencies not using PO numbers, HSU will fax you a completed
registration form, which must be signed by an agency
representative and faxed by to HSU in order to complete registration.
If signed registration form or an agency PO is not received
by registration deadline, students will be dropped from
class.

Take 3 Fee - This
customer appreciation discount is available on many classes listed in
the HS University catalog when you:

Enroll in three
different classes
-
Enroll with two
other people in the same class
-
Enroll with two
other people in different classes
When the total adds up
to 3, you save! You'll receive the Take 3 Fee when you register if the
number of classes or the number of people enrolling totals at least 3.
To receive the discount,
all enrollments must be submitted simultaneously to registration by
enrollment form, fax or phone registration. If registering by phone,
call 901- 758-4034 and tell the operator that you will be enrolling using
the Take 3 Fee. Please note that the Take 3 Fee is not available via web
registration.
EBD
- Early Bird Discount - Students may received an $50 EBD
discount, if payment is received in HSU registration office on
or before EBD deadlines. Students that register by
purchase order and request EBD discount must ensure HSU's registration
office has received their payment on or before EBD
Deadlines. Payments received after EBD deadline will be
re-invoiced for $50 the credit.
Outstanding
Balances - Agencies with outstanding balances will not be
allowed to attend future trainings.
*Enrollments
through the Web are eligible for the discount
this discount only with credit
card payments.
Cancellation
and Refund Policy
HSU
provides a range of
