Facility Description

This facility is operated in alliance with the Florida International University.

The Koven Conference Center is located on the Biscayne Bay Campus of Florida International University. The entrance is at NE 151st Street and Biscayne Blvd. in North Miami. Take NE 151st Street approximately 1.5 miles, following the signs to the Roz & Cal Koven Conference Center.

The Koven Conference Center is located at 3000 N.E. 151st Street, Miami, Florida 33181.

Parking:

Parking is Free. You can park on the on the available parking lots located in front of the building or on the parking lots you come to one you turn on to Koven Center Campus..

Transportation:

No relevant information. This campus is located quite almost 3 to 5 miles from any hotel.  Transportation to and from campus while require rental car, taxi or using local bus schedules.

Directions

 

From South :

  • Take I-95 North to N.W. 135th Street, Opa-Locka Blvd. (Exit 10B)
  • Take 135th Street East to Biscayne Blvd. (US 1)
  • Turn left on Biscayne Blvd. to NE 151st Street
  • Turn right at NE 151st Street and follow the signs to Kovens Conference Center (approx. 1.5 miles)

From the North (including Ft. Lauderdale International Airport):

(Please note that "Biscayne Blvd." is US 1 in Miami. In Broward County US 1 is known as "Federal Highway")

  • Take I-95 South to Ives Dairy Road (Exit 16)
  • Take Ives Dairy Road East to Biscayne Blvd.
  • Take Biscayne Blvd. South to NE 151st Street
  • Turn left at NE 151st Street and follow the signs to the Kovens Conference Center (approx. 1.5 miles)

From Miami International Airport:

  • Follow signs to I-95 North or Ft. Lauderdale
  • Follow Directions "From South" Listed Above

From the West (Palmetto Expressway, Turnpike, or Golden Glades Interchange):

  • Follow Route 826 eastbound following signs "to Beaches" (this becomes NE 163rd Street)
  • Turn right on Biscayne Blvd. (US 1)
  • Take Biscayne Blvd. South to NE 151st Street
  • Turn left at NE 151st Street and follow the signs to the Kovens Conference Center (approx. 1.5 miles)
