Course Prerequisites:  Knowledge of HSFIS databases, Windows, Keyboard and Mouse. Course will involve Crystal Report usage.  Students should have crystal report at agency in order to benefit from this course.

Course Description: This three-day instructor-led course is designed to give learners comprehensive skills and in-depth knowledge to plan and create reports in HSFIS that will help them analyze and interpret important information.
