Course Description: This course will help you understanding and implement the mandatory regulations that grantees and delegate agencies must implement to operate a Head Start program.  The course defines the objectives and features of a quality Head Start program, and how to articulate a vision of service delivery and how to provide regulatory structures for monitoring of quality standards.  Participants will be provided examples of how the standards should be implemented as well as the services that should be provided to children and families they serve. It is designed to assist programs in implementation of Head Start Program Performance Standards.
