This course is designed to prepare Head Start
Management teams for an on-site Federal review.
Participants will learn about the newest changes to
2008 Protocol, about the federal monitoring process as
it relates to collecting, verifying and analyzing
information for the review process, as well as get an
outlook on the changes from PRISM and how the Fiscal
checklist has changed in the New Protocol.
