Course Description: This course is designed to help you learn how to stay cool, calm and unflappable no matter how much pressure you are under.  Participants will learn how to keep anger under control so they never "lose it" and regret it later, stop taking setbacks personally--learn to bounce back quickly, manage the stress of job change by "going with the flow", put the power of self-discipline and healthy routines to work in their personal life and stay un-frazzled and productive through high-pressure periods.

Learning Objectives:  Upon completion of this course, you will learn:

· The 5 traits every emotionally “in control” professional possess

· The E-factor

· The 5 steps for changing habits

· How to deal with workplace changes

· How to maintain emotional sanity

· How to stay calm

Target Audience: All Head Start staff will benefit from this course.
