Description:
This
in depth course
is specifically designed to help
ERSEA staff understand and provide hands-on
experience regulating and monitoring ERSEA systems.
This course is designed for the person(s)
responsible for tracking ERSEA databases as well as
reporting monthly data to federal or regional
office. The goal of this training is to
determine functionality across five management
system such as planning, communication, record
keeping and recording, program governance and
self-assessment. Students will learn how to
create policies and procedures, write standard
operating procedures for ERSEA, as well as design
database reporting to help maintain ERSEA
regulations. Prerequisites:
Level I, Level II, and Level III or at least 2 years
managing an ERSEA System.
Learning Objectives: Upon
completion of this course, you will:
· Plan process to
develop ERSEA procedures
· Design
communication, record-keeping and recording system
to determine ERSEA effectiveness
· Design
forms to track and record ERSEA processes
· Use
tools to evaluate and report enrollment and
attendance to local, state, and federal grantors
