Course Description: This course is designed assist staff in the development of their community assessment process.  Students will learn the items required in the community assessment in accordance with the Head Start Performance Standards.  They will learn about information on sources of data to collect and the data collection for the community assessment.  Actual data and sample community assessments will be used to help staff understand how to interpret data and draw conclusions.  Students will learn detailed information about: Developing & Utilizing the Community Assessment.
