Entry level support services
gives smaller agencies a way to support their programs
without a lot of out of pocket expense. This support
system offers agencies:
- Unlimited
email and fax dialogue with our TTAS team for 1 year
- Access to T/TAS
information including all annual program upgrade
releases and patches,
- Enrollment in HSU listserv
- 5% discount on HSU
sponsored events per year
- limited access to the HSU
technical internet site

The cost for Entry level
support services is:
- Basic is for programs
serving fewer than 200 Head Start/Early Head Start
Children
- Advance is for program
serving 200 or more program
