Course Description:
This two day course is for new and
experienced family service and support staff. It will help
staff to strengthen families to ensure the well-being and
health development of families. It is designed to help
staff to understand and effectively help families articulate
strengths and challenges and offer support system to meet
families needs. Participants will get tools and forms to
help them record and track progress as well as how to follow
through with families in a non-threatening, non-evasive
manner. This course is designed to help staff work with
families through a process that is family-centered and
strength based.
