This course will focus on skills you
need to monitor health services and
determine quality. Participant will
learn how to use tracking PIR information and self
assessments to monitor
program outcomes and determine
program quality measures.
Using tracking reports,
students will learn about
setting benchmarks and how to
pinpoint effectiveness.
